Boundless Care Inc. is seeking dependable, safety-conscious Part-Time Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to join our growing transportation team in San Jose.

We offer afternoon shifts and Saturdays, with guaranteed pay for the 3:00 PM–7:00 PM window to ensure consistent earnings while making a meaningful difference in the community. As an NEMT Driver, you will provide safe, reliable transportation for clients to medical appointments, dialysis centers, hospitals, rehabilitation

Competenze

• Valid, non-expired driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 3 years DMV driving history.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug/alcohol screening.
• Current TB clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Comfortable using GPS navigation, mobile applications, and communication tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual applicants are a plus.
• Strong customer service, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, safety-conscious, and professional.
• Previous experience in NEMT, passenger transportation, healthcare, or caregiving is an advantage but not required.

• Safely operate company-provided vehicles while following traffic laws and transportation safety protocols.
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Provide appropriate wheelchair and stretcher transportation assistance, including operating vehicle lifts and properly securing mobility equipment.
• Transport clients to and from scheduled medical appointments and other approved destinations in a timely manner.
• Follow assigned routes and coordinate with dispatch using GPS, mobile applications, and communication tools.

About the Role:

Boundless Care Inc. is seeking dependable, safety-conscious, and compassionate Part-Time Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Drivers to join our growing transportation team.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are available during afternoon hours (12:00 PM-7:00 PM) and on Saturdays.

This position offers guaranteed pay for the 3:00 PM-7:00 PM shift, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking consistent part-time earnings while making a meaningful difference in their community.

As an NEMT Driver, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for clients traveling to and from medical appointments, dialysis centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, private residences, and other approved destinations.

Our drivers play an essential role in helping clients access the healthcare services they need while ensuring every trip is handled with professionalism, patience, and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company-provided vehicles while following traffic laws and transportation safety protocols.

Schedule & Availability:

We are currently seeking part-time drivers with flexible availability, particularly during:

• Afternoon Shifts: 12:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Guaranteed Paid Shift: 3:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Saturdays: Availability preferred

Additional assignments may be offered depending on transportation needs and driver availability.

Applicants with consistent afternoon and Saturday availability will be given preference.
