Job summary

Utah Tech University is seeking a Part-Time Admissions Recruiter to represent the university at regional and national recruitment events. This role involves extensive travel, relationship-building with prospective students, and guiding applicants through the enrollment process.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, enjoys travel, and is passionate about higher education. You will report to the Director of Admissions and support enrollment goals while promoting the university at events

Qualifications

Experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, marketing, education, or related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel extensively and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Represent Utah Tech University at college recruitment fairs, transfer fairs, and conferences across regional and national events.
Travel extensively throughout the year to recruit prospective students.
Build relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and college advisors.
Conduct outreach to prospective students by phone, email, text, and other channels.
Guide prospects through the enrollment process from inquiry to application and registration.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and recruitment activities.
Utilize the CRM to manage communications and engagement.
Follow up to encourage application completion and enrollment.
Assist with on-campus recruitment events, open houses, and orientation.
Collaborate with Admissions staff to meet enrollment goals.
