Mom is a stay-at-home parent and will be present in the home caring for her newborn, so the ideal candidate must feel comfortable working alongside a parent while independently caring for the two older children.

Responsibilities

Childcare & Active Engagement

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for both children.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities, including reading, drawing, arts and crafts, and imaginative play.
• Encourage developmental milestones, creativity, and independent play.
• Support positive behavior and maintain consistent routines.

School Pickup & Outings

• Pick up the 3-year-old from daycare and safely transport them home.
• Maintain a safe and engaging environment during indoor and outdoor activities.

Meals & Evening Routines

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with the evening routine, including dinner, cleanup, playtime, and preparing the children for the transition to bedtime.
• Help Mom maintain a smooth and manageable afternoon and evening schedule.

Tidying & Light Housekeeping

• Keep play areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the day.
• Pick up toys and tidy children's spaces.
• Handle the children's laundry.
• Complete light kitchen cleanup related to the children, including washing their dishes and cleaning countertops, high chairs, and learning towers.

Qualifications

• Previous professional nanny experience with toddlers and young children required.
• Experience caring for multiple young children at once preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working in a home where a stay-at-home parent is present.
• Dependable, proactive, patient, and nurturing.
