A Nanny Match is seeking a part-time nanny on the Upper East Side to care for a 1-year-old girl. The family needs 15–25 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule and guaranteed hours per the agreed plan.

The nanny will join a warm, close-knit household where safety, communication, and reliability are valued. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of nanny experience, strong references, CPR/First Aid certification, and a genuine passion for early childhood development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent, relevant nanny experience
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S
• Professional references from prior families
• CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to get it renewed)
• Vaccinated
• Non-smoker
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to limited use of screen time around the child
• Active, engaging, playful, and warm
• Health and safety-conscious

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for the child
• Safely transport and accompany the child to local activities
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks
• Engage the child in age-appropriate indoor and outdoor play that supports development
• Manage the child’s laundry
• Read to the child
• Maintain naptime and mealtime routines
• Keep the child’s bedroom, play areas, and belongings clean and organized
• Clean up after meal preparation and the child’s meals
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and organized environment.
