A family in Cupertino is seeking a nanny / family assistant to care for three children aged 5, 13, and 14. The kids attend Palo Alto schools and finish around 2:30–4 p.m.

Duties include morning routine and school drop-off, light vegetarian cooking, running errands, tidying, kids’ laundry, and after-school pickups/home. The schedule is a split shift 7a-9a and 2:30p-7/8p, with afternoons optional as PT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nanny / family assistant experience with verifiable references.
• Fluency in English required.

Description

A family in Cupertino is seeking a nanny / family assistant to help with childcare for their three children (ages 5, 13, and 14 years old). Their kids go to school in Palo Alto and get out between 2:30-4 p.m. Duties include the morning routine (preparing breakfast and drop-off at school), running errands, light tidying/organizing, vegetarian meal prep/cooking (mostly for the kids), children's laundry, and after-school pick-up / driving to activities and home.

The schedule is a split shift 7a-9a and 2:30p-7p/8p depending on afternoon activities. Their ideal candidate is comfortable with light cooking (Indian vegetarian preferred, but American vegetarian is great too), organized, and comfortable juggling kids' changing schedules. If someone prefers just PT in the afternoons, they are open to that vs. the split shift.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a nanny / family assistant with excellent verifiable references
