In this position you will provide safe, nurturing childcare, support families with after-school routines, prepare meals, and help with homework while maintaining open communication with parents and our agency staff.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Experienced working with children.
• Able to communicate professionally with parents and staff.
• Willing to complete required screening and onboarding.
• Experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Providing safe, attentive, and nurturing childcare.
• Engaging children in age-appropriate activities.
• Following established family routines and household expectations.
• Preparing simple meals, snacks, and bottles as needed.
• Diapering and assisting with feeding, naps, and other daily care routines.
• Helping with homework and after-school routines when applicable.
• Providing transportation to school, activities, appointments, or outings when required by the position.
• Maintaining tidy children's areas and completing light child-related cleanup.

We work with wonderful local families who are looking for reliable childcare, and we’re seeking nannies who genuinely enjoy working with children and want a flexible, rewarding position.

Part-Time Nanny – Gainesville, FL

Position Details

• Position: Part‑Time Nanny Location: Ocala, FL and surrounding areas Schedule: Part-time; schedules vary based on family needs and nanny availability Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and assignment Pay Schedule: Every Friday
• Part‑time positions may include consistent weekly family placements, after‑school care, daytime care, date nights, backup care, and occasional shifts.

Compensation:

$16 - $17 hourly

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates who are:

• Patient, engaging, and comfortable caring for children independently
