Responsibilities include providing safe, nurturing care, engaging children in activities, and following family routines. Pay is $16–$17 hourly, with pay every Friday and varied schedules based on family needs.

Qualifications

• We are looking for candidates who are reliable, punctual, and able to follow families’ routines.
• Experience with children in nanny/babysitting settings is preferred.
• Strong communication with parents and agency staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing childcare.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
• Follow established family routines and household expectations.
• Prepare snacks and bottles as needed.

Position Details Position: Part-Time Nanny Location: Ocala, FL and surrounding areas Schedule: Part-time; schedules vary based on family needs and nanny availability Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and assignment Pay Schedule: Every Friday Part-time positions may include consistent weekly family placements, after-school care, daytime care, date nights, backup care, and occasional shifts. Responsibilities: As a Twinkle Toes Nanny, responsibilities may include: Providing safe, attentive, and nurturing childcare Engaging children in age-appropriate activities, crafts, reading, outdoor play, and educational experiences Following established family routines, schedules, and household expectations Preparing simple meals, snacks, and bottles as needed Diapering and assisting with feeding, naps, and other daily care routines Helping with homework and after-school routines when applicable Providing transportation to school, activities, appointments, or outings when required by the position Maintaining tidy children's areas and completing light child-related cleanup Communicating professionally and consistently with families and the Twinkle Toes team Qualifications: We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable, punctual, and responsible Experienced working with children Patient, engaging, and comfortable caring for children independently Able to communicate professionally with parents and agency staff Comfortable following family-specific routines and instructions Able to provide professional childcare references Willing to complete required screening and onboarding requirementsExperience may come from nannying, babysitting, daycare or preschool settings, camps, teaching, coaching, or other childcare-related positions.
