Position Details
- Full-time schedules averaging 35–40+ hours per week
- Monday–Friday positions
- Long-term opportunities with consistent schedules
- Children’s ages vary by family, but most current positions involve infants aged 2 months and older
- Pay range: $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and the position
Our families are seeking dependable, attentive, and nurturing nannies who can provide high-quality care during scheduled hours. Nannies should be comfortable following established routines, supporting developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, engaging, and positive environment.

Applicants Must
- Have at least 3 years of professional childcare experience
- Have strong infant-care experience
- Be able to provide professional childcare references
- Pass a comprehensive background check
- Have reliable transportation
- Be dependable, professional, and comfortable committing to a consistent full-time schedule

Qualifications
- Experience in providing professional childcare for at least three years, with a focus on infants.
- Ability to engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with parents about their children's routines and needs.
- Ability to follow household guidelines and practice strong safety and hygiene standards.
- Experience in managing children's daily needs, including meals, naps, and personal care.
- Capability to maintain clean and organized play areas and children's spaces throughout the day.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, reliable care for children while following each family's routines and preferences
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support learning, development, and play
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and positive environment at all times
- Assist with children's daily needs, including meals, snacks, bottles, naps, diapering, and personal care as applicable
- Maintain clean and organized play areas, children's spaces, and common areas used throughout the day
- Complete light child-related household tasks, such as children's laundry, dishes, bottle washing, and tidying after activities and meals
- Communicate openly and professionally with parents regarding the children's day, routines, and needs
- Follow household guidelines and practice strong safety and hygiene standards
