Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelez International

Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Expectations from Us:

• Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00 to $16.00.

Who is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, including moving products and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of York, SC, with availability to work Sunday-Thursday.
