Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Your role will involve fulfilling merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Assist with seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Expected from us:

• Hourly rate: $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle and have the necessary work-related applications on your device
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of York, SC, or secondary location Clover, SC
• Availability Sunday-Thursday
