Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelez’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’ guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
6. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelez with a positive and upbeat attitude in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation of $19.00

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated individuals who can work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Temecula, CA, with secondary locations in Menifee, CA, and Elsinore, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; schedules may vary.
