Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Be an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits, capture display pictures, and follow Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.

• Order products via iPad to ensure shelves are stocked and displays are maintained.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.

• Adhere to daily schedules set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in stores.

Candidate Profile

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.

• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and moving products up to 50 lbs.

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25 miles of Poway, CA, with secondary locations in Ramona, Escondido, and Rancho Bernardo, CA.

• Availability including weekends and holidays; schedule may vary.
