Become part of our team to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and collaborate with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including capturing display pictures, following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Order products via iPad to ensure stock levels.
• Maintain and represent leading brands according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz positively and professionally in-store.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Capable of driving and performing physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Temecula, CA, or secondary locations in Menifee and Elsinore, CA.
• Availability including weekends and holidays.
