Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Become part of our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and help fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will be an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly rate: $15.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Able to drive your personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Comfortable downloading and using work apps on your device.
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Waco, TX, or secondary locations: Mexia, TX, Gatesville, TX.
• Availability: Saturdays and Sundays, starting at 6 am, 15 hours/week.
