Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Become part of our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser, responsible for fulfilling merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

1. Represent Mondelēz in stores, working closely with sales representatives to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits as per Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly rate: $14.00 to $15.00, based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Able to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Capable of downloading and using work-related applications on personal devices
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and moving products in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Owasso, OK, with secondary location in Grove, OK
• Availability: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, starting early in the morning, 20-25 hours/week
