Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.

4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues with Mondelez management.

5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.

6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

What You Can Expect From Us:

• Hourly rate from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID, and proof of auto insurance. Role services a military base where federal ID is required.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.

• Ability to drive personal vehicle and use work-related applications on personal device.

• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing, pulling over 50 lbs., and moving products.

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25 miles of Rocky Mount, NC or Wilson, NC.

• Availability on Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday.
