Job Description

As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will be an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following company guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.
• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, moving products, stocking shelves.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Forrest, VA or Lynchburg, VA.
• Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday.
