Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches across Victoria, TX and Rockport, TX. You will represent the company in-store with professionalism and deliver excellent customer service to store teams and shoppers.

The role requires travel to multiple stores, a valid driver’s license, and physically demanding tasks such as lifting and stocking.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to perform repetitive lifting and carry up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Victoria, TX; secondary location Rockport, TX.
• Schedule: Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Start Time: 05:00 AM.
• 28 hrs/week? - note: the ad lists 24 hrs/wk.

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers—every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25miles range from the primary location Victoria, TX

• Secondary locations: Rockport, TX

Salary and Benefits:Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
