Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more. Flexible schedule and hands‑on impact help create an inviting snack aisle.

You will work with the RTM to ensure brands are displayed and ready to shine, with responsibilities including store visits, promotion setup, and maintaining brand standards across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Westminster, Randallstown or Mount Airy, MD.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow negotiated plans with RTM.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling lifting and movement of products.

Part‑Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world‑famous snacks to life in‑store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. As a Part‑Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in‑store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can‑do attitude.

• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers

• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI

• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands

• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores

• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans

• Follow daily schedules : and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues

• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events

• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack‑powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Westminster, MD

• Secondary locations: Randallstown, MD l Mount Airy, MD

• Schedule availability required: Weekends and open weekday availability

• Start time: 7am

Salary and Benefits:Hourly compensation rate ranges from $21.77 to $23.77 based on relevant experience.
