Job Description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.

As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.

• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.

• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Mondelēz.

• Hourly compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated individuals capable of working independently

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus

• Reside within 25 miles of Panama City, FL

• Availability required: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
