Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Job Description

Become a part of our team and fulfill merchandising needs by communicating with store staff, stocking shelves, and maintaining or updating displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in stores, working closely with sales reps to increase product visibility and set up promotional displays.

• Conduct in-store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising steps, including taking photos of displays.

• Ensure leading brands are well-stocked and properly maintained according to company guidelines.

• Follow plans negotiated with store managers and communicate any issues to management.

• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.

• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal devices.

• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally over 50 lbs, moving products, and stocking shelves.

• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25 miles of Destin, FL; secondary locations include Niceville, FL, and Santa Rosa Beach, FL.

• Availability required on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
