Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.

• Ensure plans negotiated with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz management.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your device

• Capable of performing physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus

• Live within 25 miles of Mt. Dora, FL

• Availability: Monday-Friday
