Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser at Mondelēz International and fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. Become an ambassador for brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and collaborate with sales reps to enhance product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture display photos, and ensure brand representation aligns with company guidelines.
3. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
4. Adhere to the daily schedule for efficient service, support seasonal displays, and assist with new product launches.
5. Maintain a positive attitude while representing the brand in stores.

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Capable of driving personal vehicle to various store locations and using work apps on personal devices.
• Able to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Mansfield, OH, with availability on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
