Join to apply for the Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser role at Mondelēz International

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Ideal candidate:

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Able to drive and perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs)
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of St. Johnsbury, VT, or secondary locations in VT/NH
• Availability on Mon, Thu, Sat
