Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

Expectations from Us

• Hourly compensation from $17.00 to $18.00 based on experience.

Who is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle to store locations with mileage reimbursement.
• Capable of using work-related applications on personal devices.
• Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Littleton, CO or Highlands Ranch, CO.
• Availability required including weekends, with start times from 5-7 am, 20-25 hours per week.
