Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly rate ranges from $15.49 to $17.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your device.
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of South Plainfield, NJ, or secondary locations in Piscataway, Edison, NJ.
• Availability during varying weekdays and Saturdays.
