Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others.

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.

2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez guidelines.

4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelez management.

5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.

6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation of $19.00

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.

• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).

• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs. and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., moving products, and stocking shelves.

• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.

• Reside within 25 miles of Lake Arrowhead, CA; secondary location: Big Bear, CA.

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays. Schedule may vary based on volume.
