Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Order products via iPad Tablet for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
4. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelez’s guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez’s management team.
6. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
7. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid ID and proof of auto insurance. Access to a military base facility requires a REAL ID driver’s license, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Able to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs, and moving products.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Yucca Valley, CA, with secondary locations in Palm Springs and Twentynine Palms, CA.
• Availability including weekends and holidays; schedule may vary.
