Job Description

As a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser, you will fulfill merchandising needs by communicating and building relationships, stocking shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. You will represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.

• Represent Mondelēz to in-store employees and work with sales reps to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including taking pictures of displays.
• Ensure brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing Mondelēz.

Candidate Profile

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive and use work-related apps on personal devices
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., push/pull over 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Lehigh Acres, FL, or secondary locations
• Availability on Sunday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
