Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Represent Mondelez positively and upbeat in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation ranging from $14.00 to $17.00 based on experience.

Who is a good fit?

• Must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle, download work apps, and perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Bradenton, FL, with availability on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
