Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Wisconsin (Onalaska/La Crosse) to stock shelves, set promotional displays, and build relationships with store staff. You will visit multiple stores, photograph displays, and ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit and other Nabisco brands are well represented.

Must be reliable with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for the state you reside in.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use work-related apps on a personal device.
• Capable of heavy lifting and stocking, up to 25 lbs; occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Onalaska, WI; secondary locations La Crosse, WI.
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Start time 8:00am; 30 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and work with the sales rep to boost visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displayed per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal displays and support new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat presence while in-store.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely withthesales representative tooptimizethevisibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the personresides.

• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.

• Live within 25miles range from the primary location Onalaska, WI

• Secondary locations: La Crosse, WI

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on relevant experience / 401 Savings Plan, Mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), Strong career advancement opportunities within the company, Health and Well-Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Internet reimbursement of $10.00, when a company device is not provided, Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
