Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Hayward, WI. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure major brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy are well represented.

This role requires driving to store locations, following Mondelēz merchandising steps, and maintaining positive brand representation. You must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license, capable of lifting up to 25 lbs (50+ lbs occasionally), and available Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to download and use work-related apps on a personal device.
• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50+ lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Hayward, WI (Hayward or Rice Lake are primary/secondary locations).
• Schedule availability: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; Start Time: 8:00am; 30 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and coordinate with the sales rep to optimize shelf visibility and promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD Merchandising steps and capture display photos.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure plans negotiated with store managers are followed and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily merchandising schedule to maximize in-store service efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and upbeat representation of Mondelēz in stores.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser s and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or chang ing out displays . Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita , Chips Ahoy, Triscuit , among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in - store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores .

• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, b el V ita , Chips Ahoy, Triscuit , among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.

• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz ’ management team.

• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in - store service.

• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.

• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.

• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).

• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.

• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like r epetitive lifting , bending , and carrying up to 25 lbs. O ccasionally , pushing and pulling over 50 lbs . This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus .

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location Hayward, WI

• Secondary locations: Rice Lake, WI

• Schedule availability required : Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
• Start Time: 8:00am
• 30 hrs/wk

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $15.57 to $18.00 based on relevant experience
