Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support store merchandising, stock shelves, and build promotional displays. You will visit multiple locations, capture photos, and ensure Nabisco brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy are well represented and stocked according to Mondelēz guidelines.

The role requires a driver’s license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and independent, proactive work with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Self-motivated and can work independently with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on a personal device.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; move products from stock to floor and shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Redding, CA. Secondary locations: Anderson, Red Bluff, Corning, Willows, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and some weekdays; start times around 5:00 AM–6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with the sales rep to optimize visibility and displays.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and capture display photos.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales via seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in store.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Redding, CA
• Secondary locations: Anderson - Red Bluff - Corning - Willows, CA
• Schedule availability required: Open availability including both weekend days and occasional weekdays. Holidays as needed. Schedule may change based on business needs. 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM Start Time
