Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities include:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelez guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

What you can expect from us:

• Hourly compensation from $14.00 to $16.00 based on experience

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive personal vehicle and use work applications on personal device
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing, pulling over 50 lbs., and stocking shelves
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of Asheville, NC (secondary locations: Hendersonville, NC, Brevard, NC)
• Availability: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
