Mondelez International Inc. seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

Represent the company in-store with professionalism and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers. Travel to multiple store locations and follow RTM-guided plans with a focus on merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by the state of residence, US passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers—every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules : and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides, US passport, or federal ID. This role will service a miliary base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver’s license, US passport, or federal ID to access.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Salary and Benefits:

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 based on relevant experience
