Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! in-store across our designated routes.

You will follow DSD merchandising principles, take display photos with mobile tools, and maintain good relationships with store personnel and RTMs to ensure brand standards and visibility. The role requires 18+, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 25 lbs, flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn GED while gaining skills.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with lifting up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Live within 25–35 miles of Pottstown, PA; Bechtelsville & Elverson, PA.
• Schedule availability: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the company; deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute merchandising principles; capture display photos via digital merchandising initiative (DMI).
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves; rotate product and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance with RTMs.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTMs for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTMs and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as required.

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita , Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. Primary responsibilities include:

• Represent Mondelēz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute: store visits following Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via digital merchandising initiative DMI

• Stock shelves: rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager's ( RTM's ) negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales: new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store‑level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce

Requirements Include:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's l icense issued by the state in which the person resides .
• High School Diploma or GED preferred ; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
• 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self‑motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store's shelves.

Salary and Benefits:
