Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Santa Ana, CA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy!

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong in-store execution, and professional interaction with store teams. You will work with the RTM to ensure brands are well presented across assigned locations, adhering to merchandising principles and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with valid insurance to diverse store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following merchandising principles and capture photos as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays and follow planned layouts.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical tasks as required.

Part-Time Merchandisers play a key role in bringing world-famous snacks to life in-store. As a Retail Merchandiser, you’ll stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for beloved brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. With a flexible schedule and hands-on impact, you’ll help create a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and ready to delight shoppers—every time they visit.

As a Part-Time Merchandiser, your mission is to represent Mondelēz with energy and professionalism while supporting flawless in-store execution. You’ll work closely with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM) to ensure our iconic brands—Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more—are stocked, displayed, and ready to shine. Through scheduled store visits, merchandising excellence, and strong relationships with store teams, you’ll help deliver a snack aisle experience that’s organized, inviting, and always consumer ready. Your role supports seasonal launches, promotional displays, and everyday execution—all with a flexible schedule and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
• Execute store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos, via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
• Stock shelves rotate product, and maintain brand standards across your stores
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with your RTM’s negotiated plans
• Follow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and retail team via Salesforce
• Stay Safe & Compliant, embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Job Locations

• Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: Santa Ana, CA
• Secondary locations: Irvine, CA

Schedule Availability

• Monday through Saturday, start by 6 am; 25-35 hours per week

• Hourly compensation rate of $14.00-$16.00/
