Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to support in-store presence for brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit across Morris and Diamond, IL. You will visit stores, stock shelves, and build displays.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and can work 15–20 hours per week starting at 7:00am. This role includes mileage reimbursement and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid state driver’s license.
• Own a personal vehicle for store visits; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional 50+ lbs).
• Live within 25 miles of Morris, IL or Diamond, IL.
• Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday; start time 7:00am; 15–20 hrs/week.
• Able to use work apps on personal device.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and support visibility of Nabisco brands.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are stocked and displayed per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues.
• Follow merchandising schedule for efficient service.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, professional in-store demeanor.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely withthesales representative tooptimizethevisibilityof Mondelēz products on shelves andto constructpromotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit,among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’snegotiated planswith store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstratepositiveand upbeat attitude whilerepresentingMondelēz in store.

Who is a good fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the personresides.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work related applications on your personal device.
• Ability to performhard workin a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities likerepetitive lifting,bending,andcarrying up to 25 lbs.Occasionally,pushingandpulling over50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock roomsto store floorand stocking the store’s shelves.
• Previousretail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25miles range from the primary location : Morris, IL

• Schedule availabilityrequired: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
