Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelez International

Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in stores.

What You Can Expect:

• Hourly rate from $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.

Who Is a Good Fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device.
• Physical ability to perform tasks like lifting up to 25 lbs., pushing, pulling over 50 lbs., and stocking shelves.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of College Station, TX or Brenham, TX.
• Availability to work starting at 3 am, 18-20 hours per week, schedule varies.
