Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelēz International

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry-leading snacks.

Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays.

Conduct in-store visits according to Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.

Ensure that Nabisco's leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’s guidelines.

Follow the negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.

Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.

Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.

Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
• Self-motivated, positive, and professional attitude, capable of working independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device
• Physical ability to perform activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, and occasionally over 50 lbs, pushing and pulling products
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25 miles of College Station, TX or Brenham, TX
• Availability to work approximately 18-20 hours per week, starting as early as 3 am, with schedule varies as needed
