Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team as a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in-store visits, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores, following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude in-store.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Ability to drive to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
• Comfortable using work-related applications on personal devices
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing/pulling over 50 lbs, and moving products
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Reside within 25-35 miles of Carmel, IN; willing to travel to Westfield, IN
• Availability: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
