Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking at Mondelez International

Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Join our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Responsibilities

1. Represent Mondelez in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
2. Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez’s DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
3. Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez’s guidelines.
4. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with Mondelez management.
5. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in-store service.
6. Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
7. Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Who Is a Good Fit?

• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work-related applications on your personal device.
• Capable of performing physical activities such as lifting up to 25 lbs., and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs., including physically moving products and stocking shelves.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Jackson, MS; secondary location: Byram, MS.
• Availability required: Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, starting at 7:30 am, for 15 hours per week.
