Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International as a Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser.

Job Description

Become part of our team of Part-Time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Represent world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others.

1. Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility and promotional displays.
2. Conduct in-store visits, capture display pictures, and follow Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps.
3. Order products via iPad to ensure shelves are stocked.
4. Maintain well-stocked and well-represented brands according to company guidelines.
5. Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
6. Adhere to daily schedules for efficient in-store service.
7. Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
8. Represent Mondelēz with a positive attitude.

Who is a good fit?

• At least 18 years old, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive and perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Reside within 25 miles of Richland, MS, or secondary locations Pearl, Jackson.
• Availability: Wednesdays and Fridays, starting at 7:30 am, 10-15 hours/week.
