Job description

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International.

We are seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to fulfill merchandising needs by communicating effectively, building relationships, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other industry-leading snacks.

Your responsibilities include representing Mondelēz in front of in-store employees, collaborating with sales representatives to enhance product visibility, conducting in-store visits, capturing display photos, and ensuring our leading brands are well stocked and maintained according to company guidelines.

You will also ensure that negotiated plans with store managers are followed, communicate issues to management, and adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager. Additionally, you'll support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches, all while demonstrating a positive attitude.

Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour, based on experience. Benefits include a 401K Savings Plan, mileage reimbursement, health and well-being programs, Employee Assistance Program, internet reimbursement, and safety equipment.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance, are self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of driving to various store locations within a 25-mile radius of Broken Arrow, OK, and Claremore, OK. Schedule availability is required on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, starting between 5-7 am, for 20-25 hours per week.

Physical requirements include repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs. Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
