Responsibilities

• Teaching: 11 classes per week, grades K - 8
• Lesson Planning: Create, implement, and document age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs and class pacing
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment conducive to creative learning.

Qualification and Preferences

• Education: Coursework in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience: Experience teaching children music in a school, studio, or community setting.
• Musical Proficiency: Strong command of vocal instruction or at least one primary instrument (e.g., piano, guitar, band instruments).
• Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check
