Job summary

Ensemble Schools is seeking a part-time staff member for The Musician's Woodshed – Lake Travis in Southwest Austin, TX. You will be the primary point of contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an engaging learning environment.

Hours are Mon–Thu 3:30–8pm and Sat 12–5pm. Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with a 401(k) employer match after 90 days and health benefits for part- and full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Organized, motivated self-starter with strong customer service mindset.
• Interest in music and music education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet students arriving for lessons and help keep teachers on schedule.
• Respond to scheduling-related calls and emails from students and families.
• Interface with teachers to manage student schedules.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
