Job summary

The San Francisco Conservatory of Music is seeking a Part-Time Coordinator to support the Professional Development and Engagement Center (PDEC) in San Francisco. This role develops student career initiatives, manages operations, and assists with events and data reporting.

Ideal candidates are organized, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting student success in music careers. Flexible hours and proximity to campus are beneficial for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with budget tracking, financial administration, or expense management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for PDEC programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, communications, and logistics for departmental activities.
• Maintain organized records, databases, and digital filing systems.
• Assist with project management and tracking of departmental priorities and deadlines.
• Support event planning and execution for workshops, networking events, guest speakers, auditions, and special programs.
