Job summary

The San Francisco Conservatory of Music seeks a Part-Time Coordinator to support the Professional Development and Engagement Center (PDEC). This role focuses on administrative operations, event support, and data management to advance student career development and community engagement.

You will collaborate with students, faculty, staff, and external partners, handle budgets and reimbursements, and help prepare reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Experience with budgeting, financial administration, or expense management.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Adobe, Canva, Paylocity, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for PDEC programs.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and logistics for departmental activities.
• Maintain organized records and digital filing systems.
• Support event planning and execution for workshops and guest speakers.
• Track program data, outcomes, and reporting for leadership.
