Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support multiple communities across Auburn, Kent, and Des Moines, WA. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartments, common areas, and amenities while assisting with contracted projects.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Purchase building and maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
  • Support the Maintenance Supervisor in adhering to departmental budgets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
  • Assist with unit turns and preparation for new move-ins.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician (Multisite) supports Community Managers and/or Maintenance Supervisors in ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting with contracted projects and property improvements. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
