Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support multiple communities across the Puget Sound region.

You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartments, common areas, and amenities, and assist with contracted projects while ensuring safety and resident satisfaction. Travel to assigned properties is required; you will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage supplies, budgets, and timely turns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
• One year of maintenance-related experience or equivalent training.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician (Multisite) supports Community Managers and/or Maintenance Supervisors in ensuring the property's buildings, grounds, facilities, and equipment are well‑maintained, safe, and visually appealing. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartment units, common areas, and amenities, as well as assisting with contracted projects and property improvements. The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in delivering a positive resident experience by maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• 152 hours (19 days) PTO annually, plus carry‑over up to 120 hours and longevity PTO at 6 and 10 years.
